Have eaten it once, it is actually very good, take it rose on each side for 2 min and then put it into the oven at 220 degrees. So it must be there in 20-25 minutes, then you take it out let it cool a little. Squeeze some lemon on it and serve it with mashed potatoes . PS. You can make an excellent sauce out of the grease .
