There actually is (or was) an Illinois Enema Bandit. From 1966 through 1975 Michael Kenyon committed a series of armed robberies. His victims were mostly female, and sometimes the robberies would involve sexual assaults, and sometimes he would administer enemas during these assaults. He was also known as the Champaign Enema Bandit and the Ski Masked Bandit.
